Weaknesses engine burns oil like nothing I’ve ever seen. Smoke as it burns in the first 20 minutes after every start, even warm. Hard to start hot or cold. 
replaced after just 20 hours after the belt of the bridge 3 times and the drive belt was broke. has only 100 hours, more on this and crossed the bridge 2 bands belt transmission. Tires are often stale, and break the pins on the front wheels often. The two front tires were dropped from the machine while mowing. I want no one but me to drive the thing. It is an accident waiting to happen. The problem is that no one is behind the machine, because they have a tractor with stickers MTD Cub Cadet is.
Overall, I would never buy another Cub Cadet, even if it is real from a dealer!

Large forces of features for the money. Established, very strong engine.
The weaknesses of the Shute discharge could prevent a little more if Clogs slump.
Finally, I buy it again. This is my first 1046th I had 2 1042 and liked both. “I sold a home and the other to a family member, so I have the 46″ If someone asks me to buy. I do not think that the majority of the negative comments. Look at the statistics, the same engine as the best guarantee ..
