In the 25th Year after the Accident that Led to His Own Infection, Author Lloyd Wright Offers Solutions to Others Fighting Hepatitis C
by Anonymous

September 27, 2004 -- Two and a half decades after his initial infection, Wright is convinced that medical procedures continue to be a major way people become exposed to the Hep C virus. As the author of the best-selling book Triumph Over Hepatitis C (available in its revised and expanded edition, ISBN 0976404-4-X, $19.95, 287 pp.), Wright gets word of the cases…infections from shots at medical clinics, colonoscopies, vaccines for soldiers, etc. What is fortunate for those infected now is that Wright’s book can readily provide answers that were not easily available for him.

Wright’s Program:

Though Lloyd Wright’s funds were dwindling, he managed to get well eventually with the help of persistence, lots of research, alternative practitioners and natural regimens. “When a battery of MDs advised me of the bleak paths Hepatitis C could take, I concluded, ‘I’m not finished yet!’” By April 10, 1997, no sign of Hepatitis C could be found in his blood. And so the second half of Triumph Over Hepatitis C is devoted to describing the remarkable herbs, grandulars and supplements Wright has discovered to be effective against the virus. These include milk thistle, dandelion root, live cell therapies, lipoic acid and selenium. A key element is the live-cell thymus glandular which boosts the immune system by increasing T-cell activity. For more info or to order the supplements, go to http://HepatitisCFree.com/.

Also key to the program is the idea of rebuilding health. “Most Americans don’t understand this concept of rebuilding their health, but it makes basic sense. Hepatitis C is called ‘the Silent Killer’ for a deadly reason. It wears down your liver while you remain unaware of the damage the disease is doing. Since it takes time for the body to deteriorate, it will take time to rebuild it.”

Since the publication of the first edition of Triumph Over Hepatitis C in 1999, thousands of patients have seen positive results with the help of Wright’s program. His office offers phone support at (877) 676-1615.

Here’s just one success story. Rose and her husband Harry* tried Interferon without success. Years later, when Hep C showed up once again in their blood in December 2002, they began Wright’s regimen. Within a year, Hep C could not be found in the blood sample of either spouse. In January 2004, Rose wrote to Lloyd: “By the grace of God and your products, we are now Hepatitis C Free… Our doctor was very impressed… Thank God we will never take Interferon again as it was the worse drug with side effects we have ever taken. Thank you again for all your help!”

These Books Are Not Just for Patients

The author notes that it’s not only patients who need to learn about Hepatitis C. “The whole world needs to be educated about Hep C just like they were educated about AIDS,” Wright says. AIDS has gotten more attention, he adds, even though there are far more Hep C cases. The CDC estimates that 4 million Americans are infected with Hep C and 170 million cases are believed to exist worldwide; in comparison, the CDC has recorded 886,575 diagnosed cases of AIDS in the U.S. and 37.8 million cases are projected worldwide. Wright believes more realistic numbers for Hep C are from 15 to 25 million in the U.S. alone.
